Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. You get access to all features with 1 workspace and up to 12 members.
How is the member limit counted?
Your plan's member limit is the total number of members across every workspace you own. For example, on Pro (30 members) you can spread those 30 people across as many workspaces as you like. Paid plans include unlimited workspaces.
How do integrations work?
Integrations (GitHub, Slack, Linear, Jira, Google/Outlook Calendar, Calendly) are a $15/month add-on that works with any paid plan. Once added, they're enabled across every workspace you own.
What happens to my data if I don't upgrade?
Your data stays safe and accessible. You can export it at any time. We will not delete your workspace if you remain on the Basic plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing adjusts at the start of the next billing cycle.
What if I need more than 100 members?
Reach out for a Custom plan. We'll tailor member limits and pricing to your team and help you get set up.
Is my team's data encrypted on all plans?
Yes. TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest apply to all chat messages and file attachments on every plan, including the free Basic plan. Opt-in end-to-end encryption for sensitive channels is on the roadmap.
